Shelly moved to Alaska in 1991. She worked in the transportation industry for 17 years, with a well rounded history of office, accounting and operational experience she decided to strike out on her own in 2010. Receiving her Bookkeeping Certification from the National Association of Certified Bookkeepers in 2014 she started supplying local companies with Bookkeeping and Payroll services.
Kim Erbacher – Bookkeeper

Kim was born and raised on the East Coast moving to Alaska with her daughter Karra in 1992. Kim worked in the transportation industry for 16 years in operations. In 2018 she decided to join Efficiency Consulting to help expand the family business. Kim is a great asset and has been a key element in the growth of the bookkeeping and payroll services currently supplied.
Karra Erbacher – Bookkeeper/Tags & Titles Specialist

Karra was born on the East Coast and moved to Alaska in 1992 with her mom, Kim. Karra has worked in customer service most of her adult life. In 2018 she joined Efficiency Consulting bringing her DMV Tags and Titles experience with her. Karra is the Tags & Titles Specialist as well as a key member of the Efficiency Consulting Bookkeeping Team.
